The fees are based on several variables - complexity, trip duration, level of customization.  A flat fee is assessed and this covers research, sourcing, booking management and itinerary design. The level of service (full itinerary vs. travel guide) also impacts the fee.  This will be determined and shared following an intro call and execution of a scope document.

Curatio Travel will provide guidance on when to book flights to minimize expense/obtain best pricing as well as your airfare preferences. The traveler will book airfare based on the provided guidance from Curatio Travel (keeping an eye on flight prices is part of our full service offering!)

This is our general guidance:

• Europe - Asia - Australia - Africa:   6-12 months (presuming peak season)

• Domestic Travel: 3-6 months

• Holiday travel: as early as possible

(keep in mind the travel planning and itinerary design process will take a couple weeks so sooner is always better!)

While every journey is unique, the elements curated within your Curatio Travel itinerary typically represents approximately 75-90% of the overall travel investment. Additional personal spending and incidentals will vary by traveler (i.e. ride shares, parking fees, gratuities, shopping and souvenirs, breakfast + lunch stops, cover charges likes clubs, admission fees, etc.)
